We offer a variety of balls, individual patterns, accessories and kits designed especially for crochet lovers.

Can I order custom or on-demand products?

At this time, we do not offer customized or made-to-order products.

Do you run promotions or discounts?

Currently, we offer a 10% discount when you sign up for our newsletter. We have no other active promotions, but they could be announced in the future.

How do I download my PDF pattern after purchasing?

After making your purchase in Crochet Threads, you can download your PDF pattern directly from your account. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account: Go to My Account and log in with your username and password.
  2. Go to the “Downloads” section: Once in your account, select the “Downloads” option or click on this direct link: Downloads.
  3. Download your pattern: Here you will find a list of the patterns you have purchased. Click the download button for the pattern you want to save.

Purchase and payment processes

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Transbank Webpay Plus and PayPal, which include debit and credit cards.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, when paying by credit card you can choose to pay in installments.

How do you handle backorders or out of stock?

If for any reason a product is not available, we will inform you immediately and offer you options, such as waiting for restocking, exchanging your product, or requesting a refund.

Shipping & Logistics

What shipping services do you use?

In Chile, we work with Bluexpress to ensure fast and safe shipments.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, physical products are only available for shipments within Chile.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or does not correspond to the product ordered, contact us immediately through our email or WhatsApp. We will review your case and tell you how to proceed for an exchange or refund.
